  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or your choice)
  • 3 Whole Deglet Noor Dates
  • 1 Teaspoon Spirulina
  • 1 Leaf Kale (with stem)
  • Instructions

    1. Put all ingredients in blender
