Ingredients

  • ¼ Medium Head Red Cabbage
  • ¼ Medium Head Green Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Beet
  • 2 Tablespoons Raisins
  • 2 Tablespoon Walnuts
  • ½ Cup Apple (Chopped)
  • Instructions

    1. Peel and chop Beet (option to steam til tender)
    2. Slice cabbage thinly and rough chop into small pieces
    1. Dice apples into small pieces
    2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well
    3. Drizzle Dressing (i.e. Balsamic Dressing), mix and enjoy

    Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Dates
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ⅓ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • Instructions

    1. Blend dates and water together in a blender until smooth
    2. Add to a bowl and whisk in the rest of the ingredients
    3. Whisk until smooth
    4. Add a tbsp of water if you prefer thinner dressings
