While we are not an official free-from kitchen, none of our products contain nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, wheat or tree nuts. If you have a life threatening allergy, please exercise caution.

At FoodNerd, you will never find any artificial/natural flavors, colors or preservatives in our foods.

What are Sprouts?

What age range are your baby food products suitable for?
In general, for the puffs we recommend at least 12 months, however- every baby is different, please see the puffs product page for baby readiness signs.
Will my picky eater eat this?
While we cannot guarantee every picky eater's preferences, we have designed our products to be delicious and appealing by capturing the best flavors from our carefully selected fruits and vegetables. At FoodNerd, we test for AGEs or Advanced Glycation End Products.
AGEs are harmful compounds formed when sugars react with proteins or fats in a process called glycation.
